Lisa Winfield
Integrative Psychotherapist & Counsellor MA MBACP.
Welcome…
Are you struggling with anxiety, depression, loss, the end of a relationship, a new life chapter, or simply feeling overwhelmed and stuck?
I am an integrative psychotherapist offering a calm, supportive space to explore life’s challenges, whether rooted in past experiences, present struggles, or uncertainty about the future. My approach is warm and reflective, helping you make sense of what’s happening at your own pace, without judgment or expectation.
Working with me…
In the first session, we can discuss what brings you to therapy and, importantly, whether working together feels right for you. There is no obligation to continue beyond that initial meeting.
I draw on humanistic, psychodynamic, and relational approaches to support your personal exploration of feelings, relationships, hopes, and fears, so that together we can find a way forward that feels more manageable and authentic, with a greater sense of hope.
Alongside my private practice, I have worked at the Helen Rollason Cancer Charity at the Herts & Essex Hospital, providing counselling to cancer patients and their families. I have also worked as a bereavement counsellor with the City & East London Bereavement Service.
I hold a master's degree in Advanced Clinical Practice in Psychotherapy from Middlesex University.
I see clients Monday to Friday, either in person or online.
Sessions are £80 and last for 50 minutes.
Please email me at lisawinfieldtherapy@gmail.com to arrange a complimentary, brief telephone call, where you can ask me any questions you may have and get a sense of how I work.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Best wishes, Lisa
