Integrative Therapist MBACP

Welcome…

Whatever brings you here, you don’t have to hold it alone. You might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply aware that something in your life or relationships needs attention. I offer a steady, confidential space where we can slow down, be with what arises, and begin to make sense of it — even when it’s hard to name. My approach is relational and embodied, grounded in the belief that therapy is not just about solving problems but about deepening your relationship with yourself. As awareness grows, different choices become available, revealing ways of being that feel more true to who you are.

Working with me…

I work in a relational and deeply attuned way, paying close attention to what unfolds between us, to the emotions and sensations that arise, and to the deeper stories that shape how you move through the world. My approach is collaborative and non‑directive — we move at your pace, following what feels alive and meaningful. I hold space for depth, uncertainty, and complexity, and I see therapy as a place where we can explore the layers of your experience together, with curiosity and care.

I specialise in helping people explore the deeper layers of their experience — including relational patterns, emotional complexity, and the parts of themselves that feel hidden, conflicted, or hard to hold alone. Whether you’re navigating something difficult or sensing that something in you is quietly asking for attention, I offer a space where we can explore what’s unfolding with care, curiosity, and depth.

If you’d like to explore working together, you’re welcome to get in touch to arrange either a free 15‑minute introductory call or an initial 50‑minute session. Both offer a chance to begin getting to know each other, discuss what brings you to therapy, and get a sense of how we might work together before deciding to continue.

Sessions cost from £85.00
