Anthoulla Nicolaides
Integrative Psychotherapist MBACP
Welcome…
In my practice, I offer a warm, compassionate space where you can gently explore life's challenges, both past and present. Together, we can make sense of the experiences, relationships and patterns that have shaped you, from early attachments and childhood wounds to moments of loss or disconnection. By bringing what's hidden into awareness, new understanding and possibilities for change can begin to emerge.
Working with me…
As a relational therapist, I believe that healing happens in connection. Therapy is a shared journey, a space to explore your feelings and to be seen, heard and understood. Whether you're navigating grief, trauma, relationship struggles or simply feeling stuck at a crossroads, we'll work side by side to find clarity, meaning and a way forward that feels true to you.
Alongside my work with trauma and attachment, I have a particular focus on bereavement therapy, supporting people through the pain of loss, and helping them move towards healing, reconnection and hope.
I am deeply moved by the richness and complexity of human experience and committed to walking alongside my clients as they grow and heal. My hope is to help you discover or rediscover what brings you aliveness, belonging and fulfilment, so you can live with greater ease, purpose and joy.
I am also a qualified Clinical Supervisor, please visit my website to find out how I work with Practising & Trainee therapists, please see my website. www.anthoullanicolaides.co.uk
