Clinical Psychologist DClinPsy, MSc, BSc

Welcome…

I'm a Clinical Psychologist specialised in helping people heal from experiences of trauma, difficult life events, and harmful relationships. These experiences can affect the way we feel and think, our self-esteem, patterns of behaviour, and how we relate to ourselves and others. Therapy can help to make sense of and cope with the wide ranging impact on our lives.

I am trained in several different therapies including Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Working with me…

We usually start by developing together a greater understanding of what is keeping your difficulties going. This helps us decide what approaches may suit you best, with the aim of helping you to process past experiences and develop new behaviours, perspectives, and resources, that feel more useful to you now.

My style is warm, relaxed, and supportive. I recognise that we live in a world with imposed social systems and expectations, which impact us in different ways depending on our identity and life experiences. I place great emphasis on building a safe, trusting, and non-judgemental space where you can bring all parts of yourself.

My fees are £110.00 for an individual session.

If any of this interests you, please reach out to me via my email link for a free 15min consultation.
